Veggie wokery is a small, cozy, comfortable place in cerritos that is full of pleasant surprises. The people who work there are incredibly nice and pleasant. I eat out constantly and the staff here are simply the best you will find anywhere, and I dare you to prove me wrong!!! The atmosphere is very serene and tranquil. The place felt as if it were blessed by a thousand zen monks. I have driven by this place for years and I fully regret that it took me six years to walk in and eat. Prices are very reasonable. I dont recall any one thing on the menu that was over ten dollars. Portions are very generous and you will certainly leave fully sated for about half of what you might pay elsewhere. The food is phenomenal. I have only been there once but plan on returning again and again. Be sure to order the house tea and the brown rice. The choices are many so you will have a tough time choosing what to order as it all sounds delicious. So the next time you are in cerritos and have a hankering for something vegan be sure to visit veggie wokery. You will not be disappointed.
