Foxys Delicatessen has recently opened their wonderful cafe at the back of their healthfood store, serving lunch and light refreshments. Lunch and coffee are served on spotless and brand new pine tables, with the breeze of the garden gently blowing through to the eating area on warm days. Whilst not strictly vegetarian, staff are very vegetarian aware (and are extremely obliging too). There are a variety of vegetarian dishes to choose from - a range of salads, quiches, including brocolli and stilton and varied wraps, which include sundried tomato. The stuffed vine leaves in their Greek Salad are highly recommended! This is a very informal setting,with a lovely and friendly atmosphere; highly reminiscent of some European vegetarian restaurants which have a healthfood store attached. Let's hope this lasts and goes from strength to strength. Miss this at your peril!
