I can't understand the other reviewers. The cafe food is very bland and lacks imagination.. And whilst they say it is a vegetarian cafe, in the same kitchen they prepare sandwiches for the wholefood shop who sell fish (tuna sandwiches). When I queried this with the staff, they just did not care. I would not have eaten there if I knew they did this before I ordered. Never again.

This day-time restaurant at the rear of a health food shop is a haven for vegetarians and vegans in West Wales. The menu is still marvellous and we eat there as often as we can. It is simple but tasty and imaginative food at reasonable prices. If only they were open in the evenings!

Waverleys is a long established family-run vegetarian restaurant and it offers a wide range of vegetarian dishes, some of which are vegan. There is a daily self-service salad buffet and they also serve organic wines. I go there for a treat after shopping. It's good, plain food and plenty of it at reasonable prices.

Low-cost, high-quality cafeteria, well worth a visit when you are down that way.
