Rancid and totally underwhelming bland experience. Stay away is my feeling and go to Govinda's.

The Retreat is a vegetarian & vegan only café in central Swansea. It is informal with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The food is home cooked and wholesome with the menu changing daily. Special diets can be catered for such as wheat and yeast free. The café is open for lunch & dinner Wednesday to Saturday (other days by arrangement). Organic, locally produced food is used whenever possible and a range of fair trade products is available. From £2.95 to £5.95 per dish.
