Saw the review in our local weekend paper and thought it would be worth a try - especially as I am an East End girl with fond memories of my old secondary school one street away!!
My daughter-in-law and I were on our way to Bard in the Botanics but decided to give Byres/Ashton a miss and try local!! Well done all!
The pear/walnut/goats cheese starter had a perfect infusion of flavour and the not-so-well-known-but-well-worth-a-try harissa chicken went down a treat! Sadly, as a driver, had to stick with a rather lovely lemonade! No regrets though! Will certainly be back with friends. x

While visiting friends who have just moved to Glasgow we popped intoTibo for breakfast and it was really something special. Two mornings in arow I had the Vegetarian Breakfast which was 2 x Veggie Sausages, slices ofVeggie Haggis, 2 full baked tomatoes, 2 x thick slices of gorgeous brownbread, mushrooms, beans and scrambled egg with herbs. This came with tea orcoffee for about £6.50. It was truly delicious. My friend had the hugeportion of muesli with fruit which looked and I believe tasted yummy. Thecafé was very relaxing and the staff were lovely. All in all a veryenjoyable experience.
