I went to Beanscene for lunch & asked what vegan food they served. The member of staff looked blank & asked her colleague. I was informed they did not serve any vegan food, so left!

Simple food, not too good, but relaxed atmosphere.

Mostly serves light hot meals, bagettes and cakes.  Atmosphere is lovely, with couches and music and candlelight in the evening, sometimes with live bands.  The prices are really cheap, you can get a meal for under £6, and students get 20% off.  Beanscene also have other venues elsewhere in Scotland
