Very friendly staff, a vegetarian menu with vegan meals marked, including some very nice garlic bread and stuffed breads which I hadn't heard of before.
reasonably priced (lunchtime Vegetable Thali (one per person) £2.50) Evening meals £5 - £7 generally.
Very helpful in what was vegan and what wasn't. My fave place to eat when in Belfast.

Regarding the Little India name, it has two floors, one used to be veggie only but a few years ago they combined the two.

This was the old all veggie 'Little India' restaurant mentioned in a previous review. They now sell meat dishes. On a recent visit to Belfast looking for the Little India we saw that the 'Archana' had taken it's place. Although it still has the old 'Little India' veggie menu included in the main menu and is clearly marked as suitable for vegan's - most of the veggie menu was. I was told they don't use dairy in their Nan bread either. They also happen to have beers that are Vegan too - Cobra, Bud etc. Small restaurant, nice food, friendly staff. (The credit card receipt still said it was the Little India!)

There are 76 vegetarian dishes to choose. No eggs or fish just vegetarian dishes served in typical Indian village theme decor. Prices range from main course £4.95 to £5.95 + rice/nan. 80% dishes are suitable for VEGANS. Fully licensed. Indian beer Cobra. The first and only Indian vegetarian restaurant in Ireland.
