Vegan dishes are cooked by prior notice. Only fresh produce is used to create our dishes so the specialities and supper menus change regularly to take advantage of seasonal availability. Lots of fish dishes - cooked without elaborate decoration, on the bone whole fish - Dover Sole, Lemon Sole, Monk Fish, Cataplana {Portuguese Shellfish Dish}, Sardines, Trout, Salmon, Lobster, Sea Bream, Snapper, Crevettes. The Restaurant is overlooking the River Trent in a quiet picturesque village 2 miles outside Newark. Any customers with food intollerances can be assured that dishes will be cooked without their problem ingredient. Highly Recommended by Les Routiers. |
