I would like to bring to your attention Flores, which, while not completely vegetarian, has some fascinating dishes on its menu. Runny slow-cooked egg with asparagus, saffron, nutmeg and cream; Butternut squash textures set puree with light crisps; Super Food Salad of Broccoli, sunflower seeds, beans, pomegranate and goji berries; Skylark's goats cheese with Beetroot, honey, and mint as well as Bruschetta with creamed porcini mushrooms.
