Graham Henderson (Head Chef), with prior notice, welcomes vegans and vegetarians. He will make any dish requested, using favourite ingredients. He also likes the challenge of putting together a three course dinner, for diners who would prefer a surprise, which I have sampled and was absolutely delicious.
