This very unique building in the heart of Bristol lies next to the quaint and popular City Farm. Hard to find but once discovered I find myself a regular visitor. The children are entertained not only by the hands on farm animals, but the large play area next to the cafe is a real hit. On weekends the large brunch is the definite favourite, but the ever changing specials are always worth a go. I particularly enjoyed organic tofu and vegetable kebabs with tasty cous cous and dip, a reasonable £4.00, and very generous serving. The kids choice is very extensive, full of the things kids like to choose, but they haven't noticed it's quite good for them too. The service is always friendly and accommodating, with our rather fussy needs taken care of quite graciously, without feeling like the staff have been given training at Macdonalds. This cafe really is a haven in a busy town where vegetarians are usually forced to the bottom of the menu with one pasta choice. At the Farm Cafe the problem is what to choose.
