Fantastic veggie and vegan cafe, 8 hot dishes daily, 4 are vegan, plus 6-8 salads daily. 1 hot meal with 2 salads in a bowl is £3.50, a plate with anything you want on is £5.50 - try all the meals! Examples of meals: curry, vegan sausage and roasted veggie stew, quinoa salad, mixed bean salad. There is a good range of veggie/vegan sandwiches (£2-£3), take out pots and salads. Also a full juice bar, and organic bakery for breads and cakes (£1-£2) (wheat free and vegan available) - coffees are fair trade. Lots of seating areas, magazines, chilled atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. The company is very ethical and environmentally friendly (delivery van runs on used veggie oil!) One of the best vegan places I've found - only let down is the area but don't let that put you off! It's near to the Institute/Sanctuary nightclub in Digbeth in the grounds of the excellent Custard factory. I will make the effort to visit when in Birmingham.
