The Feast Kenwyn Street Telephone: 01872 272546 OPENING TIMES ![]() Vegetarian: Unknown Vegan: Options Organic: Options English Cindy (Berkshire) wrote on 17 July 2008 I visited at lunchtime. Small venue, with more of a cafe feel to it than a restaurant. I liked the refurb - trendy but comfortable and casual . The staff were polite and friendly, bringing all food and drinks to our table. The lunchtime menu was relatively simple, sandwiches, soup, salads, and a few hot specials. The food was excellent, fresh, delicious, imaginative and plenty of it. Some dishes can be altered so they are suitable for vegans, e.g. the nachos, which would have benefited from vegan cheese and sour cream. Good value for money. Recommended. Alison (Lewes) wrote on 12 September 2007 The food is very straight forward, and not at all flashy, such as sandwiches and salads. However, the item I want to mention is the cakes. They do sugar free cakes, and as my partner has diabetes, this was a huge treat for him. We enjoyed two different cheesecakes which were both delicious, although I don't think they were vegan.
