I agree with the first reviewer - when looking for a vegetarian restaurant in Leeds I wouldn't think this one, with its very limited mains options, should be listed. It sounds more like you just happen to like the limited stuff available. I woudl like to find the restaurants that have a really good range of well thought out vegetarian options.

I'm not sure why this restaurant is listed on 'veggie' heaven? as it's certainly not a vegetarian place.

Although the restaurant is not completely vegetarian, there are plenty of vegan & vegetarian choices available, especially from the Starters. Over the years, I sampled sumptuous Bayildi Imam (Baked Aubergines with garlic & onions), tasty Potato Keftedes (croquettes of shredded potatoes with onions, dill & parsley), Tyropittakia (Feta cheese pastries). Mouth-watering dips such as Tsatziki, Hummus, Melitzanosalata (the flesh of char-grilled Aubergines blended with extra virgin olive oil, tahini - sesame pulp). The Greek Salad made of Dodonis, feta - the best in Greece, can match anything offered on a Greek Island. The offerings of the main course are Vegetarian Moussaka and Spanakopitta (spinach & feta encased in filo pastry). For those of you with a big appetite, the vegetarian Meze at £16.50 is served over three courses and consists of nine - ten little dishes. You can choose from a wide variety of desserts, ranging from the ubiquitous Baklava, Greek trifle to Stafidopita (a unique Olive Tree dessert made of sultanas, Cyprus orange liqueur & cinnamon in filo pastry, draped in rosewater syrup). The finale comes with the ordering of a Greek coffee - please tell the waiter how sweet you would prefer. The Olive Tree is very good, maybe this is why it has survived for 23 years.
