In the North Laine almost opposite Wikikamoocow, so tons of veggie choice in the bohemian heart of Brighton. It is a canteen in that you queue at the counter and make your choice there which helps to keep it cheap. The food choices are great with fresh cooked vegetables in some really good recipes. It does get pretty crowded though as it is popular but fairly small.

Nice staff, Great food (my cousin's favorite cooked breakfast and he's not veggie), price ok, vegan cake :)

Really relaxed and friendly, the kind of place you would have no hesitation in strolling into on your own. Four really interesting choices, all with some good side options. I went for the Mushroom and Spinach Lasagne with a side salad which was absolutely delicious. There were at least two other dishes that I was tempted with.Really helpful, the dishes were clearly explained and, whilst a cafeteria style, not rushed in any way. I particularly liked the fact that Steve (the owner) was taking the time to interact with people. There are lots of food places in Brighton and I would say this was a 9 out of 10. If you are ever in Brighton I strongly recommend it.

Just had a really great lunch at this new express vegetarian cafe in the North Laines. Really fresh, tasty and the best value I have found in this town. The food is sold canteen style, so great if you haven't got lots of time. At last a place I can afford to eat at often. Well done!
