Govindas Restaurant 10 Soho Street Telephone: 020 7437 4928 OPENING TIMES ![]() Vegetarian: Fully Vegan: Unknown Organic: Unknown Indian Hari (Restaurant Connection) wrote on 4 November 2008 I admit to currently having a bias towards this restaurant, as a Hare Krishna. However, when I first ate their I was a meat eater, and it was this food that made me a vegetarian. Amrit (Harrow) wrote on 21 March 2008 I recommend this place to everyone, it is the only choice of place I'd go to in Soho. Not only is the food great and low in price, I find it super how we're never preached at and that the service is always great. I also note the calmness and satisfaction of other diners there. Gautam Bhatia (London) wrote on 7 February 2008 Spiritually fulfilling, intoxicatingly calm atmosphere. Its just not good food, its solution to my problems. Everything seems so nice and easy and pace of life's struggle slows down and you really relish the food . Just pick up small book and read and relax as you eat. Larry (Clerkenwell) wrote on 16 October 2007 I have eaten here twice recently and feel that it really does not deserve the praise it gets. Sangita (Ealing) wrote on 6 August 2004 Wonderful. Calm. Delicious. Vegetarian. Wholesome. Fulfilling. Natural. Try it for yourself - you'll go back for more. Alyson (Aberystwyth) wrote on 8 May 2003 Great place, great atmosphere, gorgeous food and very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of vegan choice too. Reasonable price. Arthur Smith (Watford) wrote on 20 January 2001 The bread is the best you can get. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are about what you would expect in London. Some incredible home made sweet dishes that will really get your taste buds rearing. And the lazanya (sic) is a real treat. I believe the food there is truly pure and spiritual. I drop in whenever I'm in London. Sangeeta (London) wrote on 6 September 2000 For a person longong for 'real' and veggie Indian food, I have spent many student evenings eating to my hearts content....eat all you like, for only £4 between 7-8pm!!
