Falafel is a great place to go if you are vegan/veggie, hungry, on a low budget, looking for a relaxed "cafe-fast-food-style" place to eat. The lightening doesn't make this a romantic choice (then again in the right company...) but the falafel are the best in Manchester! With great salads and other vegan options, you can have a blow out for £6 or less. Really great Manchester institution - thanks for all the "golden balls of delight" to date! If you are looking for similar food in a romantic/restaurant settling, try the amazing Petra (267 Upper Brook Street, Manchester, M13 0HR, 0161 274 4441) or Aladdins (529 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 4B, 0161 434 8588 - open 2pm - 11pm but closed Sun/Mon). Just thinking about all this food is making me hungry...enjoy!
