All of Coco's food & baking is made in house by owner operators
Lynn, Andrew & their loyal crew. They strive to maintain healthy,
homemade menu items, all the while keeping vegetarians,
vegans & special dietary needs in mind! Coco’s has a daily
lunch special served with either soup or salad selection, made
fresh every morning. We also bake our own foccacia bread for
our Panini selection and Sourdough or 7 grain bread for breakfast & grilled
sandwich selections.
All of the espresso, coffee & tea served at Coco's is either Certified
Fair Trade or Direct Bought. It's all purchased through Canadian
companies & is mostly organic as well. We pride ourselves on
serving traditional espresso beverages with a medium roast
espresso bean that is sweet to the palate with no bitter aftertaste.
Every shot is ground per beverage to maintain the highest quality
shot possible. Our ‘Barista Masters’ go out of their way to serve the
most amazing espresso bar beverages available in Jasper.
You can choose from three different brewed coffees that are
brewed fresh constantly throughout the day. The drip coffees are
Oso Negro, Strait Coffee & Kicking Horse; roasted in Nelson BC,
Sechelt BC & Invemere BC, respectively. Our teas are provided by
Zack's Exotic Tea & Coffee House in Kamloops BC.
